The Child Victim Advocate provides the following services for children, who have been sexually assaulted by a juvenile, and their custodians.

• Attend court hearings with the victim
• Assist in preparing the Victim Impact Statement
• Refer victims to counseling as needed
• Act as liaison between the case managers for the sex offender program and the victim
• Explain the court process
