It gets easier to do something the more you do it,

so . . .

DON'T DO IT THE FIRST TIME!

Your Friends

Friends share your same interests. Friends make you feel you belong. You have fun with your friends. To stay out of trouble, choose friends who stay out of trouble.

Your Activities

Stay active - sports, volunteer, school clubs.

" Teenagers who stay active, participating in anything from football to skateboarding, are less likely than their sedentary peers to smoke, drink or take other health risks, new research shows.) More info from Healthology.com

Your Family

Talk to your parents. They will probably understand and give you some tips on how they dealt with feelings, friends, temptations, and staying out of trouble.

Other Resources
