1. Process all financial transactions for $20 million + budget
2. Place public advertising for purchases and contracts involving the expenditures of more than $15,000.00
3. Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals - Vendors requested to submit the best and final offer determined to be reasonably suitable of being selected for award.
4. Conduct informal written bids for procuring goods and professinal services when the competitive bidding process is required by court administrative order.
