The Budget and Fiscal Officer oversees the following functions:

• Budget planning operations, submission and execution
• Accounting
• Purchasing (in conjunction with the Purchasing Manager
  of the 16^th Judicial Circuit)
• Grants and contracts financial management
• General accounting
