PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
Family Court Resource Services (FCRS) provides neutral intervention services to parties involved in domestic relations and juvenile matters including abuse and neglect, termination of parental rights, and delinquency. Resource Service Specialists assist parties in identifying, clarifying, and resolving issues involving custody/visitation, formulating permanency and/or treatment plans and fostering communication between juvenile offenders and their victims in appropriate cases.

LOCATION/TIME OF SERVICE:
These services are coordinated through Family Court Resource Service Specialists who arrange scheduling/location upon receipt of court order.

ACCESS TO SERVICE:
Parties access this service via court order or by referral from Legal Services. There is no charge for these services.
