PROGRAM GOALS

To provide information that assists the Court in making appropriate placement decisions in the best interest of children.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
FCRS coordinates and assigns investigators to investigate and prepare reports on custodial arrangements of children who are subject to a proceeding under Chapter 452.

ACCESS TO SERVICES
Court order and/or party referral accepted. Investigations can be conducted at no cost to the parties as long as the request includes the following specific language: “ the investigation and report on custodial arrangements is to be conducted by the Missouri Division of Family Services and coordinated through the office of Family Court Resource Services”.
