DEPARTMENT PURPOSE:
To schedule cases for court hearings and to review legal documents determining processing
required and taking necessary action.

DESCRIPTION
  1. Determines the docket schedule and schedules 2000 arraignments and pretrials annually in 4 courtrooms.
  2. Maintains a 4500 attorney appointment list and prepares 2500 Orders of Appointment annually.
  3. Prepares Notices of Hearing and compiles "discovery" referral and report information for hearings and sends to all parties.
  4. Reviews and distributes judicial Orders.
  5. Serves as a resource for inquiries about court dates, parties and case status.
