PROGRAM GOALS

Reemphasize the value of cooperative parenting and provide an overview of mediation and the benefits of alternative dispute resolution.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Re-FOCIS is a two-hour FOCIS refresher course for parents who have filed motions to modify previous divorce orders to contest custody and/or visitation issues.
* this course is not designed for parents who only want to modify child support.

*LOCATION/TIME OF SERVICE:*
1.	Roger T. Sermon Center 201 N. Dodgion Independence. Mo. (approximately the SE corner of Noland and Truman), dates and times vary.
2.	Family Court Resource Services 3100 Main, Suite 204 Kansas City, MO., dates and times vary.

ACCESS TO SERVICE:
Court ordered; pre-enrollment required. Upon filing a modification action parties receive an order of attendance. The cost is $10.00 per parent which is payable at the beginning of each class session. Upon completion Family Court Resource Services forwards an attendance certificate to civil records. (please bring correct change)
