THE FAMILY COURT DIVISION

One of the responsibilities of the Family Court Judges/Commissioners are to make decisions and orders about divorce and child custody. They had special training to help them make those decisions. The Judge/Commissioner depend on what they hear in the courtroom to help them make those decisions.

 

FAMILY COURT RESOURCE SERVICES

Resource Services have programs that help mothers and fathers to make good decisions and to work together in things that affect you - like where you go to school, who you spend holidays with, etc.
